We put transitioning service members on active duty through a sales intensive training program that culminates in job placement with our partnered companies.

Being an approved organization of the Department of Defense SkillBridge Program, we facilitate participation in our program with service members that have 180 days left of active duty service.

Think the business side of technology. Sales takes the name of Business Development, Account Management, Customer Success. These are roles we consistently place our candidates in.

We work with SaaS (Software as a Service) companies, primarily. However, there is a healthy mix of companies in different sectors within the tech industry that are partnered with us.

No. We do NOT assist future engineers or developers in training or career placement.

No. Information Technology is a specific sector within the tech industry. We do NOT train or certify for these roles.

Yes – We accept any rank that has approval from their chain of command. 

No – We focus on your gifts, desires, and identity that will ultimately make you a good fit for this program. Every rank and military job title is 100% encouraged to inquire about our program.

We’ve partnered with the John Barrows Sales Training company and you will receive digital certifications for Filling the Funnel and Driving to Close.

Most service members come in expecting to receive an On-Target Earnings of $60K-85K in year one. On-Target Earnings includes Base Salary, plus any commission. structure that companies offer.
