Provide transitioning Service Members with the necessary tools to gain employment in the technology sector.
Powered by the Department of Defense Skill Bridge initiative, Service 2 Software (S2S) affords active duty service members the ability to serve their last five months of service in a technology intensive transition program. S2S interns are immersed in hands on training with the software systems used in today’s technology world. Simultaneously, they are trained to understand the value of the skills they’ve developed on active duty, and how those skills translate into the technology sector.

THREE PHASE TRANSITION
The program will cover leveraging technology networks, influencer marketing, SaaS, data analytics, and more.
Intensive combination of on the job training and classroom instructional learning. Trainees will leave the program with certificates of accreditation, as well as valuable work experience.
S2S connects job placement agencies with all trainees, leveraging major corporate partnerships. S2S guarantees placement of at least 85% of each training cohort, and 100% of trainees will receive job interviews.
